Commonly referred to as “The Council”, this umbrella association is responsible for all the shared amenities and infrastructure within our community. All owners pay equal assessments to The Council. The purpose of this association is to provide a cohesive community with diverse opportunities for involvement. The Council provides:
a. Lifestyle Programs and Communications
b. Environmental Preserve Area Maintenance
c. Common Area Landscape and Maintenance
d. Basic Infrastructure Irrigation
e. Street Lights
f. All Lake Victoria Amenities (pool and fitness center)
g. Cable Television
h. High Speed Internet Service
