Victoria Gardens Homeowners Association

Commonly referred to as the “VG HOA”, this association is responsible for all private infrastructure and amenities within the active adult community of Victoria Gardens. Owners who live within Victoria Gardens will contribute to the VG HOA. The responsibilities of the VG HOA include: 

a. The Club at Victoria Gardens Pool and Amenity Center
b. All Active Adult Lifestyle Programming and Communications
c. The Club at Victoria Gardens Staff
d. Gates and access roads to the community
e. Maintenance of all Private Streets
f. Landscaping of all Common Areas and Lots within Victoria Gardens
