Assessments Due Dates:

January 1

April 1

If you are currently having trouble making your payments quarterly you have options.

Assessment Payment Options:

Option #1 – Direct Debit  (Recommended)

Fill out the Surepay (ACH Debit) application and submit this form to the address listed, to setup automatic payments. Assessments are due on the 1st of the month but considered late on the 15th of the month.  All Surepay participants will have the assessments taken out on the 15th of the month giving your money the most amount of time to be in your bank without any penalty.

Option #2 – Send checks by mail

Assessment payments should be sent to the following address:

Account numbers must be listed on the check. When utilizing a bank’s online bill pay, it select the option to include the account number.  If this section is unavailable, put the account number in the memo section or check reason.  Payments are due on the 1st of each month but considered late if not received and processed through by the 15th.  Please allow time for the check to be mailed from your location to Atlanta, GA and then processed through in time for the end of business on the 15th of the month. 

Option #3 – Online Payment

Pay online by visiting www.ccmcnet.com and clicking on the “pay online” option.  There is no charge for a one time check payment but there is a charge for using a credit card to pay.
