Dear Neighbors, 

Did you know that it is illegal to park in the Bicycle Lanes located throughout  the community?  The Deland Police Department has taken note and notified us that they will begin issuing citations costing $116.00 to any vehicle illegally parked in a bicycle lane. The Police Department hopes that by getting the word out to the community, people will comply with the law and it will not be necessary to issue citations. We’d like to thank the DeLand Police Department for looking out for the safety of the community and being sensitive to the impact citations have on the wallet! Please keep the lane clear for the safety of the residents in the community!
